Fiesta Steve Posted December 9, 2008 Report Posted December 9, 2008 What was that play called ? Unfortunatly my comp won't play more than 2 seconds of your video. My 5 year old boy has just done one called the useless camel or something, I forget. We weren't allowed to video it though because of pedeo's.
Mr.Sumo Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 We weren't allowed to video it though because of pedeo's. Sad state of affairs when we can"t even take a foto or video our own kids in there school play don"t you think My youngest has her play next Thursday , and the eldest 2 on Friday...can"t see either , should be back at work
Savvi Posted December 10, 2008 Author Report Posted December 10, 2008 lmao, how long they been practicing that? About 3 - 4 weeks i think. For 6 year olds i thought they were rather good ..................... although i', biased Not sure what the play was called, it was about Jesus being born in the stable from the animals point of view. The Cockeral, sheep and cows were moaning about their space being taken up in the stable, then about all the other animals bringing people to visit the "King" and not knowing what sort of animals they were ......................hence this Camel song !!!!! I thought it was a clever way of teaching the kids.
Copey Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 Bless, my Girlfriends little sister is 6, she is playing a Bauble Not just that its a scratched Bauble and she has to climb in a box on stage thats marked 'Reject' !! bless!!

Savvi Posted December 10, 2008 Author Report Posted December 10, 2008 It's one of the best parts of Xmas for me seeing these plays ........................... that and seeing the kids opening their presents when their younger.
leanne.mk1.xr2 Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 my wee ones play is next wednesday cameron is a wiseman and cora is mary so i can't wait
jimbo Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 We weren't allowed to video it though because of pedeo's. Your kid's school needs to gen up on the latest guidance from the Information Commissioner. http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/pressreleases/2008/photos_in_schools_at_christmas.pdf If the ICO are saying it's OK, I would say that the school's back is covered!
