bomber1 Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 right i was looking at a pair of wheels on ebay. went to see the guy tuesday evening to see what the back spaceing was like. there about the same as the wheels as i have on the car already. but there only 14in rims instead of the 16s that are on it but rub at the back so the thing is if i put the 14s on with tall tyres will i be having the same problem as the 16s with low profiles? will i have to just bite the builit as i have already won them
surfingturnip Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 you could possibly get away with a little bit of tyre stretch (nothing daft mind) and fit tyres slightly narrower than the wheels to avoid the arch lips 'tis how a lot of the jap tuner boys get round the problem
