which are the proper lightweigh alloy wheels, as used in competition by the works teams?

there were minilites made from magnesium,modern mini lites are alloy tho,id use mini lite or comp ml on a competition car

Hi Guys....re Superlites...aren't they et -7 and that's why they're such a problem on Mk1s and Angleboxes. If they are infact ET7 then they are ideal for these.

 

Compo might be interested in a group buy.....i'll check.....much better in terms of strength and durability......and not so tarty (IMHO) compared to those polished rims and there made in England rather than Australia ro China.

my listings show the Superlite 7x13 at ET-6 (Because of the wheel's Australia origin I imagine they designed these for rwd Toyota AE86) Their 6x13 is listed as et24.

 

The offset for an Anglia needs to be ET6 as this will allow the fitment of 175/50 without any bodymods......even the usual front wing mod by the valance.

 

Using this offset they will also (just) fit under the rearof a MK1 'Scort but it is tight.On the Mk2 (Scort) its not a problem.

yes m8 ive got the price but iam trying to think of away of paying.as ive got to have them delivered to my house .

How about gettin money up front from everyone putting it into account then pay with a cleared funds bankers draft? Or is that too obvious and i now look like a dick? :oops::roll:

no m8 i was thinking that to.but once there here iam going to have to get them posted out to you guys 39 superlights in my front room will take up a little room lol

ha ha ha ha! I now see your problem my old fruit, well I can pick mine up the day they're delivered, Also got room in my lock up here in epsom if it helps, take some down there till we can arrange pick up or delivery? :wink:
