This was one of the things I tried as well. The only problem with it was it was too fragile; as a result the filler would break or crack when been shaped.

I am working on an alternative thou. I have started to make arch extensions that could be glued onto any car.

Would this sort of thing be of interest to anyone if I were to make some?

Well you know me always intrested in models, im grafting a bib spoiler onto a mk2 escort at the moment :mrgreen:

Yeah you heat it up with a blow torch. If you get it too hot though the car will just fall in bits :(

This is the third attempt :shock:

I was going to try chemical metal and see how it holds up. If not it will be plastc card and filler ;)

 

Ah have we got you modding mini old fords too?

Note ones self: When i meet ohc stay safe distance so i dont get clipped round the ear, for being a cheeky little turd :lol::lol:
