any recomendations of what seat to put in my mk2 escort i cant have race seats because of the insurance but need some that will hold me in on the track.

If you're insurance doesn't cover race seats are you covered for the track?!

How about some RS turbo or RS1600i recaros?

I think some companys will insure you for individual track days for one off payments, don't go anywhere near a track untill you are fully covered though mate

I'm insured with HIC and I think i'm insured for track days (no extra cost) provided its a proper organised track day.

Yeah my mate has his 3dr cossie insured thru the RSOC and he is covered for any RSOC trackday (i prefer the muddy lanes in the middle of the night though, and i'm insured for that)
