bonnet landing rubbers

does anyone use em on their capris or escys? ive left mine off cos they are scruffy, the bonnet seems to shut and sit ok without them. any input anyone?

my mk1 cortina never had any and the bonnet used to rattle like a good un, so put 2 white stops on sorted it, dont like to see um but stops the rattling

Mine keep popping out and I've not noticed any difference. I'd not bother.
