D4N Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 Ive looked on the National Rail website to find out if you can book a ticket when you get there (next train) and can't find it saying anywhere you can or not. Tryed ringing up and can't get through grrr So does anyone know if i can just go to newcastle central station pay for next train to accrington (2 trains, change at york) on the day? Or do i ave to pre book? Reason i want to book when i get there is because im not sure what time i can get to the station.. Im not very good with this stuff Can anyone help Cheers.
MexDan Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 I've never had to book a train ticket mate... just turn up and pay through the window as you would normally, doesnt matter where your going either they will be able to sort you out... If you book online i think you are limited to a certian time so probably just best to pay when you get there
Smudger105e Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 But if you pre book it is considerably cheaper than paying at the ticket office or on the train...
