No, I am not Alan Mann however I was lucky enough to go to LeMans 2006 with Ford and had the pleasure of driving Alan Mann, his mechanic Brian and their wives around to various places in the race area over the weekend and part of the deal was for him to sign some stuff for me or should I say Ford so I actually got Alan and Sir John around a table in the Ford hospitality area and had them scribble on the cars I think most went to guests or were raffled but I was given one of each along with a couple of my own models I took along just in case Alan Mann was there. They also signed a couple of photos (the one in my post of the 2 Escorts) and Sir John signed an original one of a GT40 race car he drove in the 60's which I have.
