i f**king hate my job and have been offered a large amount of cash to leave but i louse my regular income from work,

but on the plus side

i can have another job with the same firm doing some thing different but self employed and on monthly pay not weekly,

which would mean i leave my job on Friday and start my new job on Monday but it's scary as been doing my job last 6yrs,im also sick of getting up at 4.30am to get ready for work and the money is s**t in the job right now

bonus would be il have even more free time on my hand's to do my thing's like dealing and any-thing else that come's up and pay's cash,

what you think

A word or two of advice. If you go self-employed but are only contracting to one company, the tax man considers you to be still emploted by that company and you lose some of the advantages of self-employment. You should keep records of other jobs you do to prove your truly self-employed.

Get yourself an accountant. preferably another one-man band, they are usually simpathetic and can advise the best actions to take.

I went self-employed 27 years ago, its been hardwork but rewarding.

Wishing the best of luck for the future.
