SAMMYBOY Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 Is it a manual or auto.....I remember someone else who couldnt get a capri to go, and it was due to the fact it had the thingy still connected so you couldnt start it in gear..as it had been an auto...just a thought.........I`ll get ma coat....

V8ian Posted April 10, 2009 Report Posted April 10, 2009 I assume you have fuel, and spark, ---have you got the plugs wet from trying to get it started?, 2 things that the RV8 seems to want is a GOOD 12v and dry plugs, better with new plugs,

I had the ignition amp pack up on my escort last year and was still getting some feeds, but not others. sometimes I got a spark too, yet other times I didnt. Might be worth seeing if you can find any test data for the module and give it a check, or substitute it for a known good one if you know anyone who can lend you one
