Fishtailparka Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 I lost enthusiasm when mine started getting slagged off.......I've sold them now Nothing I ever do to, or with my cars, is ever influenced by what others say or think about them. I'm very flattered if someone else does like them, but if everyone in the whole world thought they were a pile of shite I couldn't give two hoots. In fact it would probably make me like them more. As for enthusiasm, yes it often wanes a bit, and I have done very little on my latest project since last August. A show, a meet or a drive usually boosts enthusiasm a great deal.
Trevmk3 Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 my enthusiasm has gone the odd time but then i will go to a show or meet in the daily hack and think "i need to get the car worked on" and then go and do it

I've had shit loads of stick off my mates about my baby, it soon dissapears when they get in it though. I lose enthusiasm all the time. Everytime I take it out something else breaks, but before it breaks my grin is from ear to ear so well worth it in my opinion
hellblue Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 Never, i always have enthusiasm tho it does get pushed to the limit some times & also has to be shared with my other interests
