my sister is a manager in carphone warehouse and this dad and his son walked in, the dad starts asking one the workers to see all the expensive demo phones and my sister (whos in the back on the phone) notices that the kid is in the space between the shop and behind the counter

 

now the dad asks to see something else so naturally Shona puts the phones on the counter behind the actual counter, my sister had turned around to write something but when she turns round the kid is behind the counter reaching up for a phone that he slips into his pocket

 

when theyre about to leave my sister says to the kid that he needs to give the phone back not wanting to embarass the dad or anything so the pair leave and go to the next carphone warehouse shop and one of the girls (who understands some polish and european languages) hears the dad say to the kid "make sure you do it right"

 

the kid was only about 3-4

they werent polish, they were something else ive seen a few family units about nicking stuff and the parents are with the kids always, most of the time doing the distracting while the kids nick the stuff

The dad obviously needs his face smashed in for encouraging the kid. Kid's only know what they're taught

its such ashame because they just get worse as they grow up and end up in trouble themselves because of what theyve been taught
