Can someone decrypt my mk2 Escort body tag please !!

Along with the vin tag on my mk2 i have what i have been told is a body tag for trim, axle ect ect Can someone tell me what it means? It reads as follows..........

tge vinplate usually tells you what axle, trim, diff, engine etc is in it, classic ford did an issue not long ago to translate it it all, that should tell you everythin, can't help you with these numbers tho,

I have always been keen to find out what the information on the body tag on my Capri meant, have looked on line, and could not find any information. so any information or links to sites would be great.
