The escort is all ready but i have just re painted the drivers side rear quarter, 6 months ago when she went for mot i filled her up with fuel and it has seemed to of leaked and taken all the paint off so this week i re -painted it and now today i was on my test drive today and she was ok filled her up with fuel beeing very carefull put the petrol cap on it done the same thing. Is it leaking through the cap?

If it is, replace the gasket or the cap, oh and don't throw ciggies out the window.
