Classic Ford Show this week-end - don't want to waffle (unlike me I know ) but in a kind of nutshell >>>> Thanks: Posse & Amanda for tickets, organising, stand passes, merchandise. Vista & Lotusless for sorting the stand and having to deal with the awkward, unhelpful, selfish people. HRH Cokebottle & Messenjah for the BBQ. 4parajon for his time and expertise. Kev & Ali for the OSFDC. DMB Graphics for sorting some more stickers (even though we then sold them quickly ). Great to meet at last: Sprocket, Caprinerd, Harris Horse Power, Mr Glam. Thank you to ALL of the people who visited the club stand, all the people who purchased items from us (apologies to those who were unable to get what they wanted because we had sold out despite ordering masses of items ). Thank you to ALL of the people who put their cars on the club stand ... sorry it was a bit of a tight squeeze because of the selfishness of a a few people Thanks to CF for putting on a great show and all you lovely people on Saturday night who enjoyed yourselves ... there is nothing better than seeing all those smiling faces, hearing the banter and the laughter and general "piss-balling" around (as Darren would say ) . Finally .... to those who were absent - we missed you

Believe it or not mate, some people think I'm just an interfering old bitch apparently but I live for it mate I never got to see any racing at all this week-end (except for 5 mins when Ali and I went up onto the control tower above the track and saw Terry (Turnover) snaking up the track ) I never quite managed to get to the stands to watch as I kept getting sidetracked Oh well ... there's always next year And it was great to meet lots of new members/supporters of OSF

The first time I met you down at the ace you introduced me to everyone and made me feel very welcome and I thought "I'm well in ere" but I now know you do that with everyone and really put in that extra "thing" that makes this site that bit more special. Your a proper star IMO

H.P.E harry Posted June 1, 2009 Report Posted June 1, 2009 Great show as always but was seriously burnt from the saturday so didnt get to have a good look around on the sunday! Perhaps next year ill remember to put sun cream on also great turnout by the members from this site
