A Nice Policeman

My Daughter went to london yesterday to watch the X Factor auditions and managed to loose her train ticket she had enough money to get to Victoria but found the ticket office staff to be rude and unhelpfull when explaining what happened by this time she was getting a bit upset then found a police officer who escorted her to the ticket office who then had words with the ticket office staff and got them to give her a ticket home so i would have to say top job by the policeman , goes to show that the are decent coppers out there

piss poor ticket office staff I take it your daughter is quite young railways have a duty of care its quite easy to tell the difference between someone taking the piss or not for instance the fact your daughter didnt try and dodge the fare is cause enough and if i would have been there she would be on the train home for defo ....not all ticket staff are idiots just some!

she is 16 and is not a typical gobby teenager we even tried to pay the ticket over the phone with a credit card but it all seemed like to much hassle for them
