We did that at Bromley once with the Anglia Club, had a caravan there, honest John's Car Sales, prices on the screen in £sd, and someone complained that we shouldn't be selling cars. When the the organisers came and told us about it, we showed them the prices and said do you really think this car would sell for £105 10s 6d?
