Trevmk3 Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Next meet is on the 19th August it will be held at the Festival Inn, Ilkeston Rd, Trowell, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG9 3PX, and we will be meeting from 7pm onwards till whenever people feel like they want to go it will be OSF's and also Retrorides so if you know anyone with a retro car tell them about it they don't need to be a member of either site to come along. all I want is plenty of cars and people for a good meet any questions about it just post them up and I will try and help, or PM me as said above "spread the word"

nickb Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 Sorry guys, I tried to get there, got as far a M1 J25 exit when the clutch cable snapped, after many hours and a very funny phone call to a call centre who said my make and model was not on their system, they were trying to pass it off as a 98 S reg not a 77 S. They said but that makes it 32 years old!!!!!!!!! and? I'll have it repaired and at the next one.
