Just got hold of a MK1 escort estate, very good condition, quater bumpers, cibes two up two down, 1300 GT x flow engine and box, tax exempt, full mot, what sort of value would you guess at?

 

Need to tell my insurance to include it on my traders policy, there asking on value, i valued my other big wing 1300E mk1 at 10k, they excepted that fine, not to sure on the estate, you thoughts would be cool,

Out on the bay or the classifieds I'd reckon about 600 for a rotter, 12-1500 for a running project and 2 to 2 1/2 for a nice one but standard (ish)

 

of course once the toys start going on, the sky's the limit as they say

Yes thats the one, no engine or box, hence why its having a 1300gt engine and box from my 1300E,

 

Talked to the guy today in france, its being delivered sat morning, its been dry stored since it finished the monti carlo rally in 2007,

From what little french i can understand, he followed a mate around the full rally useing it as a service barge, the mate was ralling an escort mk1 rs2000, i think, said he drove over 1500 mile with no break downs, so got to worth a go me thinks,
