  1. I didn't know you could buy live pens.....
  2. Take it from someone who knows, I wouldn't, it's hell on your nipples.....
  3. Hmmmmm dunno I'm baffled .......
  4. Do you have to pre book or can you just turn up?
  5. Seem to have been a lot of incidents up and down the A2 over the last week or so, wouldn't be surprised if the two in the lay-by had an accident already and you ran over their fluids or something. Let me know if I can assist in any way.
  6. Good pictures, was a good day out! Nice pic of my mk3 as well.
  7. Still for sale, price is negotiable!
  8. Cortina P100 Pick Up Here we have a genuine ‘Barn Find’ (it was found in a barn!) you can see by the tax disc when it was last on the road. It seems basically solid, usual Cortina rot in the bottom corners of the screen surround, one of the front wings is a bit scabby, the toe boards have surface rusting inside but as far as I could see, no holes. Roof of cab has a few dents. Wing drip rails under the bonnet are fine. Chassis also seems ok, sill sections also seem ok with only the hole pictured as being obvious. The worst area that can be seen is the bed, which is really quite rotten, some time spent rebuilding this would be needed. Or you could create your own ‘step side’ or ‘stake truck’ back or maybe even a ‘mini beavertail’ to take a quad or similar. The truck runs, actually quite well, it moves under its own power too, although I wouldn’t recommend an emergency stop. This is definitely a project but the Cortina fronted P100’s are getting less common all the time and with a bit of work this could make a nice vehicle. It will need trailering away. I am advertising this for a friend but I have had a little poke around it! If I had the time and space I’d have it myself! I’d recommend giving James a call and seeing it for yourself. Offers Invited in the region of £800. Location is North Kent. 07793230325
  9. I'm a corporate building engineer, I inspect stuff like this for a private building control company! Previously I designed stuff like this too!
  10. The ads obviously subsidise the cover price, so the ads are a necessity, try looking at an American hot rodding magazine! Clearly you can only feature car that are being constructed.............
  11. I think the 'Bond In Motion' section is taking up a lot of the available space at the moment making it seem a bit smaller.
  12. I can't seem to vote or comment as its locked?
  13. The first car I rode in was a Classic, which my dad had been to see Westlake about improving following a conversation with Stirling Moss in a pub! Don't remember much about it as I was only months old at the time! We also had a Black Hillman Avenger 1500 which had the inner wings repaired using several Victoria Biscuit tins and under seal before we sold it on..... Following that we had Vauxhall Cavalier MK1's until I persuaded him to buy a MK2 2.0 Capri Ghia which was followed by a MK3 3.0, then a Mk3 Escort Van and a MK2 Granada saloon, the last car he drove was a 2.7 Rover Stirling coupe. I'm not entirely sure he had much to do with my taste in cars, I think it might have been the other way around once I was old enough to exert an influence! (Although the Rover Coupe was his idea!)
