some gadget called 'expert 400 mileage meter'

with 4 lights in a plastic casing which some how wires into a car

 

anyone know anything about what it is ....how it works etc

i quess something to do with mileage but i can see it doing alot my self....it was taken out from a simatar if that helps

 

has some sort of push lever on the front that makes some connection inside

Stab in the dark here....

 

A universal odometer (for before the days when resetable odometers were common). Push the lever to reset, then every 100miles a light bulb comes on. When all 4 are lit you've done 400miles?

good idea...but dont know if your right or not.......i cant see it being that usefull .......in the bin it goes,one less item im holding onto
