It made 221hp, which im WELL happy with, and if its anything like my old Pinto that Ratters now owns, it will be a quality, torquey motor for destroying yet more 175/50's around The Reading Endz

boXXer Posted September 15, 2009 Author Report Posted September 15, 2009 Steve sent me a power graph of it today too, its got a lovely spread of power, and isnt all revs like some other engines.... it actually made 222hp @ 8k, but keeps making power past 8200 'ave it!
olddan Posted September 15, 2009 Report Posted September 15, 2009 That looks a nice torque curve! What sort of mods need to be done to run a NA YB at that power? Is compression too low to start with so new pistons? Headwork?
