If our stripped out Cappa weighs in at 950kg then it's fooking accurate :shock:

 

However, it can't pre-determine gearing as if we changed diff ratios, we'd drop a few tenth's on the strip :wink:

anyone tried this vs actual results?

quite a few forums are finding the predicted outputs fairly close to measured runs up the strip.

 

not sure what the hidden calcs behind it are but there must be a pre determined modifier for high BHP and RWD.

 

still kept me occupied for a few minutes :-)

 

What did you run?

 

It wasn't great with mine. :? It was up to 0.5 slow in places, but high on the mph - not bad though, true :thumbsup:

guessed the mk2 weight, but will be getting it down the local weighbridge next week.

Just been down the weighbridge, my car weighs 900kg so that's a little less than a van lol.

With a flywheel figure of 153 and a guesstimation of 750 kg mine comes in at 13.88 seconds for a drag strip 1/4 which is absolutely spot on :thumbsup:

 

With my new spec it says I'm not going to be fast enough :(

Bit more cam and a bit more compression and a bit less weight :thumbsup:
