razersedge Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 i no it's wrong in so many ways but it was in a breakers yard from this scrapage scheme, and they wouldn't/couldn't sell it to me even though it was immaculate and perfect with 66000 miles on the clock, so i bought as much if it as i could the front half, on the plus side i now have the bits i need for the fiesta at last and some spare's to sell, it's just a a shame as it was cleaner than mine

mk3cokebottle Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 that scrap yard is lucky it still has its scrappage license !!!! under the rules and regs of the scrappage scheme they can only sell parts and parts only the shell has to be scrapped as a whole without being dismembered and the scrap yard has to sign a scrap contract to say it has been destroyed !!!! them selling that half the car to you although its helped you out big time is bang out of order so if they have any other pearlers in the yard i would get back there and start blackmailing
