frodscrote Posted September 28, 2009 Report Posted September 28, 2009 Where is the best place to buy body panels? There are plenty of suppliers and prices vary, presumably so does quality. So please can somone point me in the right direction?

frodscrote Posted September 29, 2009 Author Report Posted September 29, 2009 4 months?!? Oh well, it's taken me 22yrs to get round to building my escort. Another 4 months won't kill me. Are Hadrian panels a good fit?
over_head_cam Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 Some are and some are not so good. Front panels, sills, arches and back panels seem to be OK with minimal fettling. Floor pans are pretty poor but are usable. Front wings (if you can get them) are OK buwill need a bit of work as the section around the headlight'grill is slightly off but they can be eased into alignment
Andrade Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 I came across this this week, wasn't looking for any body panels but i had never come across this site. http://www.car-body-kit.co.uk/ford_anglia.html
Boreham Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 To whom it may concern..... Due to our previous hosts apparent inability to support a website that I am able to update, oldpartstore.co.uk is now located at www.oldpartstore.net Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience,in the absence of a personal lottery win....were still in business ! tom28 Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 cheers for this info im looking to get some panels soon i brought 2 mk2 escort wings from g.s escorts but the nearside was a shit fit for some reason, ive heard good things about express panels but i think they cost more but as the saying goes you get what you pay for and im never gonna budget on panels again, not slaggin off G.S though they do some great stuff at great prices
