5hane Posted November 11, 2009 Report Posted November 11, 2009 How does that work then? Same thing, just one TB have a look at this picture : IF you look about 4/6th down, to the right. You will see a plate, thats where the large TB bolts on. Then if you look where the inlet attackes to the head, you will see four holes near the flange, this is where the injectors go ITs the same thing, just wil less butterflys That setup is used on all new cars (cant think of any with serperate inlets ?) Its also the easy's setup for forced induction

5hane Posted November 11, 2009 Report Posted November 11, 2009 Seems complicated, I'll stick to carbs COMPLICATED ! foot down, butterflys open - TPS gives signal to ecu, ecu sends the right amount of fuel into the port through the injector, thats it Now, how do carbs work I dont have a clue what do floats do ?
