Can one of you photoshop gods help me out?

 

I need to change the colour of this van to what will be a Dark Metallic blue the same as the focus

In this colour

 

I've been let down by my marketing department and I need to get it emailed tonight

My marketing guy said the Image was not of high enough resolution,

 

If I were to email the image to you do you think it would have a higher resolution if once photoshopped it was emailed back to me rather than hosted??
