How do you do the changing ones??

 

Cus I was thinking of doing something like that, but I haven't got a clue how too.

i used photoshop and imageready but i'm sure there are many other ways to do it

 

a flash one would probably be better file size wise

if it's static then it doesn't mater how many layers you have used in making it when you save for web

Now we are getting somewhere I'm liking them can they be slowed down a bit so there not flicking as fast ?

I had it so it pauses on the pictures, but i only had it set to 0.5 secs. So im thinkin 1 or 2

I've slowed it down a bit, but the file is still big and takes a while to load up on my screen. Not sure if we've got any flash gurus on board? Maybe that could be an option?
