Retro-gone. Posted January 6, 2010 Report Posted January 6, 2010 ever seen a program called the undercover policeman? Based on my local force. dont tar all rozzers with the same brush, some are power crazy arseholes, some are really decent guys and gals that do a good job without been over the top.

I know a few coppers but to be fair, most of em are retired now so can only really comment on their era so would possibly not be a fair representation of today's policing really. Wish you well though bud, thought of doing something similar myslef to be honest but moeny wasnt ace to start with

moredoorAsh Posted January 6, 2010 Report Posted January 6, 2010 All depends on the person and to what the circumstances you meet under i think, my brother in-law is a copper and he's sound, offers advise to me and my pals when we've been in trouble and does the job he does cos he's good at it and it pays the bills. I've met some of he's work pals and some of them are ok too... ...Some are total knobs though, its not the job, they are just knobs, no matter what job they did they would be a knob, they have just chosen a job which they will be seen by all the public, and still be a knob.
