Does anyone know whats the best place to get this from?

 

Been looking around but the injection kit (i think its called) is over £100

 

Then the wax was £21 on top of that.

When i did mine, i super heated the waxoyl and jacked the front of the car up as high as possible and used a metal funnel that i had heated up in the oven and literally poured it into the access holes in the chassis (after using large blobs of plastercine to bung up the other holes) and just let it run from one end of the car to other....Then done the same by jacking back end up.....worked well. I also decanted some into one of them kitchen cleaner 'trigger' spray guns and got into all the nooks and crannies using that. Those injection kits you can buy are a total waste of time, i bought one and it leaked and clogged uo every 2 minutes, fookin useless. There are more than enough access holes in an OSF to get it into everywhere needed without having to use special injector thingies.

i got mine from newark autojumble,loads there,what i,am saying is theres plenty about at those sort of does cheap.

 

some good advise on how to do it,the kit you get is a bit shite.

I see they do it in aerosol cans so i might grab a couple of them too.

i do my escort every winter with 3 aerosol cans,a quick spray in the worst known rust places & then a spray in the chassis rails & on the floor & jobs a good un. Does smell abit in the summer when it gets hot though

I do mine this way too but after applying i use a hot air gun (carefully) to warm the outside of the sills,chassis rail etc so that it flows nicely into all the crevices.
