Havent had to do one of these in years. Who else has to do this crap

There not worth the paper there written on.....but if you work for some of the big companies and at some point want a payrise that's what they go off, as well as other things obviously because in essence its a diary is'nt it. As the boss now I might give myself one later, it'll only take a minute.... must try harder

I spend half my time doing the damn things. What makes it worse is every time the HR manager changes they bring in their own system, the latest one involves setting SMART objectives, all I can remember is the M stands for measurable. kms Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 Dee - you sound like you work for local government; S - specific M - measurable A - achievable R - relevant T - timed I have one appraisal or LEAP (Learning, Evaluating and Performance) a year, an Interim Leap, bi - monthly 1-2-1's, but sometimes they are quite useful - but then I don't have to fill in any paperwork!
