popeye Posted March 7, 2010 Report Posted March 7, 2010 looking for some one to press bonnet louvre's ,around the essex area...
Admin Vista Posted March 7, 2010 Admin Report Posted March 7, 2010 Not essex area but Cool Louvres aren't too far away. I looked in Essex area myself for my van project but couldn't find anywhere http://www.coollouvres.com/
mrcheese Posted March 7, 2010 Report Posted March 7, 2010 You could try this.... MR2 engine cover from the breakers yard £20! the downside is the smoothing the filler out and making a new bonnet frame as the vents cover the original bracing. You can just make out the new bracing from the bottom pic
MK Posted March 7, 2010 Report Posted March 7, 2010 If you get stuck we do this sort of thing at work, Kings Langley Hertfordshire based.

Admin Vista Posted March 8, 2010 Admin Report Posted March 8, 2010 Also worth considering is the way I went with my bonnet. 3 Door cosworth bonnet vents. Not quite as retro as pressed louvres but should flow more air as the gaps are bigger.

popeye Posted March 9, 2010 Author Report Posted March 9, 2010 Also worth considering is the way I went with my bonnet. 3 Door cosworth bonnet vents.
