i cant stop eating i just go through a 6 pack of crisps or a 7 packs of mini cheddar and packs of biscuits etc

Be careful with your salt intake there Dave ... that many packs could give you other serious problems ... check out the salt content in each of them. You need to start trying other things mate

i need to do some thing to stop me drinking i just sip glasses of coke and go through crisps

 

maybe in a few weeksd ill try to cut them down and drink less coke and more lucasade sport or water
