yeah i put it in the washing machine it came out cleaner but smaller

what a bloody going on i put it on set all the timing (i only have a standard cam, the pulley is for looks at moment ) went out all ok then suddenly a awfull rattling noise, i thought id worn a lobe or blown the engine,

 

very cross and a discussion with a friend we decided maybe put the original pulley back on so set about doing that and as i went to take the belt off the vernier moved with it????????????? all because id put the vernier on without the back plate.

 

so alls ok now
