Good or Bad Idea???

Well me and Jordan Peters came up with an idea (mainly Jordans idea ) whilst on Retards Club tonight

 

How could we go about setting up an Old Skool Ford feature on Top Gear that had like our cars involved and about the club and stuff?? Bit like a while ago when they did the 'escortosis' feature with the MK1 & Mk2's, but this time with all Old Fords

 

And if we could, how many are interested??

 

 

We keep complainin bout whats on it, so why not something we'll enjoy for a change

 

 

 

So ye, do u think this is a good or bad idea?? Would be pretty cool And make for some good publicity, gather some new members

I have a couple of numbers for researchers, and one of the presenters, think you might struggle though.

 

We tried when i worked with them before, Steve who owns the Mexico, that was seen on the last series, has tried really hard to get his cars on there, and that would have been parked there on purpose 1st thing in the morning by him so it could be seen, we did the same on the Aventine episode with my Yellow van

 

I even suggested having Osf's against chav's Corsa, Pugs, Citreons etc. as i thought that could be fun

Where would you draw the line on whos car would get featured ??? i mean how many cars do you see forsale with "as featured in" as a selling point

 

It would also been seen as promoting one club over another, then every car club would want to get featured, if you search for car clubs, there is absolutely thousands of them, and it would get routine boreing after a week or so. they do mention MG owners club and look at the stick they get,

 

I like the principle of the idea, but id say its more of a Men and Motors channel thing than BBC.
