oliwally Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 To smoke while driving? I think it is now and the mrs thinks its not? Whats the score now?
squadge78 Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 dont think its illegal but if it does affect your driving they'll have you for driving without due care or dangerous driving if you cause an accident whilst smoking
Guest cortinamad-gonetoo Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 dont think so it is if youre in a work vehicle ie if your a lorrie driver or taxi driver etc but not in your own car
banarama Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 depends on whats smoking you/ or your tyres

banarama Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 depends on whats smoking you/ or your tyres or what youre smoking quite
over_head_cam Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 Technically, I think anything that takes your hand off the wheel and is not a function of the operation of the vehicle is classed as not being in proper control of the vehicle. But I may be (and often am) mistaken
w p e Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 do you think this might include picking your snozzle?
retrorigg Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 apparantly its in the process of been made illegal to smoke while driving, soon we wont be able to sh*t or shag when we want
Smudger105e Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 Youshit and shag while driving? I'm not sure that's sensible
retrorigg Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 ive had a bj but not a shag, and nearly sh*t myself a couple of times while drivin
Guest cortinamad-gonetoo Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 ive had a bj but not a shag, and nearly sh*t myself a couple of times while drivin was it you i passed then on the m62 getting a blowjob from a fat lass about 2 years ago i pissed my self couldnt believe what i was seeing gave a good blast on my musical air horns and sped off laughing
Fishtailparka Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 I hit the kerb when turning into my lane once. Talk about deep throat!! Ruined my steering rack and bruised her tonsils.
awesome Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 You have to watch out for speed bumps and pot holes having a BJ whilst driving
TooAteLeed Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 depends on whats smoking you/ or your tyres or what youre smoking
Daggle Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 Technically, I think anything that takes your hand off the wheel and is not a function of the operation of the vehicle is classed as not being in proper control of the vehicle. But I may be (and often am) mistaken Kinda right, you have to prove that the driver was not in proper control, so the way I see it, is that you have to have 2 things in order to commit the offence, 1, the driver doing something that stops them being in proper control, ie: hand off the wheel, smoking, drinking something like that, BUT ALSO do something that shows you were not in proper control, swerve across the road, hit a kerb. That shows the court that the driver was not in proper control. The best one I saw was a guy eating a full chinese meal, with knife and fork of a plate on the M20 at 70mph, resting the plate on the steering wheel , he still didn't see the problem with it, even after I spoke to him about it
aled Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 I don't put smoking and driving in the same bracket as using a mobile phone, but if a driver started smoking whilst I was the passenger, I would ask to pull over as I am now used to having clean clothes and love it. A hatred of mine on a night out was passive smoke all over me. Yuk. Feels a lot healthier too now the ban is in force.
vibrating_Cake Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 I hit the kerb when turning into my lane once. Talk about deep throat!! Ruined my steering rack and bruised her tonsils. Lmfao!!!
Grizzley Dell Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 you have to prove that the driver was not in proper control, but im never in control.!!!!!! oh you mean of the car
