whats this steerin wheel worth anything or nothing?

It has a boss, and leather thingys for the bottoms off each spoke

Mate. That's worth about fook all. It's been made out of two different wheels screwed together

Should be all one piece. If you look you can see that the spokes are not straight on the tabs and it looks like the spokes are meant to be straight and someone has bent them to fit.

 

I could be wrong of couse and if I'm proved wrong then fine, but it just don't look safe to me
