Stolen 1951 Ford F1 truck (found stripped out)

Hi all

 

Just a quick note to advise Sarah Jane has had her 1951 Ford Pick up truck stolen.

 

This is a highly distinctive truck, airbrushed, front clip, modified dash, and plenty more mods too numerous to mention.

This is a thread on the rods and sods forum of which i'm a member, i understand it's not an Escort cortina or capri etc but it is a fellow petrol head's pride and joy so please keep an eye out if you see it or are offered any parts, the truck is from the south of the country southhapmton way.

THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN STOLEN!!!!

 

WAS TAKEN ON THE EVENING OF SUNDAY 28TH MARCH 2010

 

BETWEEN 21.15HRS AND 22.15HRS

 

JUST TO GIVE EVERYONE AN UPDATE

 

I RECEIVED A CALL LAST NIGHT FROM A MYSTERY MAN WHO ADVISED MY TRUCK WAS ABANDONED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN THE CHOBHAM /SURREY AREA

 

MY BABY HAS BEEN TOTALLY STRIPPED, ENGINE, INTERIOR AND FRONT END CUT OFF!!!!!!!

 

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MY MYSTERY CALLER AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS GIVEN ME SUPPORT.

 

THE PERSONS WHO STOLE MY BABY AND STRIPPED IT ARE MORE THAN LIKELY IN THE STAINES OR CHOBHAM AREA

 

PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANYONE WHO IS BUILDING A HOT ROD OR RAT ROD/TRUCK WITH SUSPICIOUS PARTS, ALL CHEVY RUNNING GEAR

 

350 CHEVY ENGINE WITH ALL CHEVY C10 RUNNING GEAR

 

POLICE HAVE RECOVERED THE TRUCK AND AWAITING EVIDENCE

my mk2 escort i spent loads of both money and time on got stolen a few years ago i never got it back though it has since turned up on ebay,the police werent really interested

 

if i had caught the sticky fingered bastards i would have chopped their hands off

 

thats no joke im serious

 

it would stop them stealing again wouldnt it
