hello guys could i trouble one or 2 of you for a couple of measurements please?

 

basically i need to know the full length of a type 9 and an escort 4 speed box, both including bell housings

yeah thats right,i dont know how you would shorten a bellhousing,just move the gearstick hole back and get a prop from burtons or such like

yes as my 4 speed has bitten the dust im replacing with a 5 speed but refuse to cut another hole in the tunnel and have 2 holes in my carpet!

 

i have a standard bellhousing but am working on making the lever 700mm from the bellhousing front edge

 

its a work in progress!!!!
