i dont believe it ,just because if you go and look at 60s space rockets you would understand ,no protection on the nose for descent,even the russians had cork on the out side,also know one has done it in the last 42 years and the money it costs by keep putting space shuttle up there ,,also theres a thing called i think van hallens belt which they have to go through which i believe is microwave in other words would cook the astronauts when flying through it,only my opinion,but if they did fake it they also did a good job,
