What you meen all the trips there were faked? or just the first one and would it then follow that all the trips the Russians made afterwards were also faked cos otherwise they would have said "hang on a min weres the landinging sites the americans used ?" oh but then i guess the Russians were in on it to ?

But then why would the russians keep quiet about it as well? obv cos the aliens told em too, yeh now it all makes sense

Why would they go all that way and not land? IMO it's all or nothing, all fake or all real. Bortaf's right, the Russians wouldn't keep quiet if they found it to be fake. Why would they?

But it' snever been proved to be fake, nor has it been proved genuine.

 

If we did do it, why haven't we attempted to go back? Just doesn't make sense. We have telescopes powerful enough to read newsprint on the moon but no-one has ever seen the lunar buggy left behind or the 'Landing' site. Its all piffle if you ask me Fred

Check your history folks, the Russians have never been to the moon (they've only sent unmanned missions there) so they haven't simply been keeping schtum about whether or not the Americans left evidence of their presence there.

 

Yes I believe the Americans landed there for the very same reasons people believe they faked it (i.e. to beat the russians to it). They invested what by todays standards would be trillions of dollars to beat the Russians to it..............why go to all that trouble, effort and expense not to achieve your aims?

 

What's to go back for? It's a hunk of rock that is essentially a natural satellite that's onluy real effect on the earth is the occasional eclipse and spring and neap tides. They got some rock samples between 69 and 72, unless those rocks have suddenly gained new interest from the scientific community, the money it would cost to go back is probably better spent replacing the ageing space shuttle.

all the shadows in the filming were in the wrong place's due to where the light was coming from. as for area 51 well there must be something to it who know's?.

There was an episode of mythbusters where they looked into this. they took a lot of the 'proof' that it was fake and investigated it. Things like the flag 'blowing' around and the shadows at differnt angles. quite an interesting program

 

 

There was apparently plans to return to the moon ( the constellation program), but it had funding cut in February because of the economic climates.

 

I also dont beleive we can be the only living planet. The are so many species of creature on this small planet, that cant possibly be the be all and end all. All those other planets and galaxies, one must be supporting life somewhere??

all our views are based in what information we are allowed to know. i think the stuff we shouldn't know about but can't be hidden is far more intresting, like aurora etc....

I don't think we are the only inhabited planet either. Remember there was a time when we thought the world was flat, and it didn't occur to even the most learned scientists there were people on the other side of the planet. That's just this planet, so other worlds must be out there.
