How to make link under some word..?

What im trying to do/ask is how or can i make my signature reading all my current cars and by clicking them the tread of that car will open?

Showing the link will make the signature too long.

 

Now my signature is too long and i cant put all my current cars on it.

It would be nice, if someone is interested to look whats the current status of all my cars at the moment..

 

I am posting to all of my car threads when ever something new is to add.

It looks better now, but i cant still add more cars..

 

On my profile theres the 255 caracters limit and it says my signature is too long, when i tried to add my newest project on it now.

 

It might not be possible i think..?
