Yet another way of getting money out of motorists. Got a renual for my licence and as it's a photo one gonna cost £20. Wish I'd kept my paper one.

its a rip off , mine was up for renewal and they still charge you 20 quid . Add onto that £5 for new pics too .

i gotta apply for my prov and thats gonna cost a lot of money, then on top of that the proper driving license when i pass too

They charge you £20 for a new paper counterpart if the old one falls to bits (and it will and does) but dont charge you for a change of address .

 

So I went to live next door for a while then moved back not long after

how long before it runs out do you send it in mines 11/09/10

they send you a reminder form that you have to fill in and send back with your old licence and a cheque or postal order
