It's been very blustery up here the last few days so those of you thinking of bring a gazebo, might want to have plenty to weigh them down with! Santa Pod has it's own weather system don't you know. Please find attached the club map so you know where you are heading as you arrive. Please can you let your members know to have their passes on display as they enter the site so the marshalls can direct them better. If you let them know the club pitch number then this should ease things along. Clubs attending on Sunday only can gain access at 7am which gives you a full hour to set up before the gates open to the general public. Organiser's, it is up to you to pass all this information on as obviously I only have you to contact. In the event that this weekend is affected by bad weather, you MUST let people know that they HAVE TO HOLD ON TO THEIR TICKETS to claim any rain out value. All details will be posted on the website after the weekend, but if people have thrown their tickets away, there is nothing we can do. You have been warned!
