trouble getting started

been up since 7 and I've got loads to do on my engine, but cant seem to get started just sitting here in my shed with the beer shakes after a hell of a bbq looking at a luke warm cup of tea trying to get myself motivated

different approach, binned the tea and just cracked a fosters, that fist mouthfull felt like my eyeballs being sucked through the back of my head.
