Two guys in a pick up truck today knocked on our door and asked if we had any scrap. Wifey said no, and they got in their lorry, drove out of our close and left the housing estate. Didn't ask at any other houses except ours

 

And yes, we have now cleared anything nick-able off our front garden, locked the garage (that has Baz105e's Anglia in it!) and advised the Police, who actually sent a car round! Top work!

Had similar on Monday, couple of blokes came to my factory asking to but one of our Tranny flatbeds, and the scrap metal, gate locked and evrything put away since.....
