An awaited rebuild !!

So excited as finally the Cortina is going to have a 1700 x-flow back in

 

Its been 3 years in the waiting ..but too much time has been consumed by "show and shine"

 

So after Lead foot dabbled in my 2.8i earlier this year it was decided to sort the Tina out and rag it up the strip

 

So after a bit of wheeling and dealing we are now the proud owners of a lightened and balanced flywheel,crank(double dowelled),conrods(polished)single piece front pulley.

 

Lead foot is re-building the head of which is of good spec !!

 

 

Going to be using the same cam as before as it did the job
