Muppetboy Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 Looking to replace the suspension on the my old 2000. Currently running exactly (!) what she left the factory with 35years ago. Although it's fine obviously things are starting to sag. Anyone got some pointers on what would be best to go for. Looking for a low stance but not racecar firm.
Davewrc Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 RS 2000 stuff is good to begin with so I would just freshen it out with new shocks and springs. New front and rear shocks, maybe Gaz available direct just google them. New front springs from rally design maybe 175 LB -1" Rear leaf springs - get yours decambered 1", theres afew ppl that do that but I can't think of them right now. Then finally replace all the bushes with poly bushes available from lots of places
