Yeah mate, nearly got the mk1 mexico off him but someone offered him double what I was givin him, I wanted one his cars as a keep sake so it was the camaro or one of the 1600e's

my first V8 pal and I'm hooked, it will never replace my OSF, but it sure is cheaper, parts are so much cheaper it begs belief, forged pistons for pinto-£400 for 4, forged for chevy-£350 for 8, alloy head for pinto-£3,000 for 1 bare, chevy-£800 for a pair complete

Certainly is alot cheaper, well depends, GM stuff is, Mopars a different story :lol:

 

If you ever need anything from the States, PM me and i'll give you my dads email, as that pretty much his job now, sourcing cars and parts from the US :thumbsup: (sometimes) manages to get it cheaper than other people too :wink:

thats brill mate thanks, the postage has been killing me and I still need some more panels cos I'm converting it to a 73 shape, strangely my camaro has a buick engine and bits for that are dear, fortunately big block chevy crate engines are cheap ish, so thats my goal :thumbsup:
