Rothmans Decals

I recently purchased the 1/18 Sunstar Ari Vatanen Acropolis Rally Escort.

The model arrived less the actual Rothmans Decals ie front wings,rear quarters,boot & bonnet!! When I queried this with the supplier ,he said that's how they come !! (flea bay) Does anyone know where I can source these stickers? It looks really naff without them

my local model shop said this is because by law u cant advertise tobacco,altyre models in fife have some,bit oot yer way,hth

stumax is right mate, its against the law BUT they usually supply the decals in the box with the car so you can stick on yourself if needed. they are the water transfers. hope this helps

I get the gist of it,however,I never received the transfers BTW I spoke to altyres & they don't have any spare

Try to contact the person you bought it off mate and tell him you saw one the same WITH the decals, if all else fails try to contact the people who make the car...sorry i couldnt be more help, good luck bud

altyre had loads of extra sets n the owner is a ford fan,has loads of ford stuff even a 1 18 th scale transit wi jimmy mcraes signature up the side.got his own website ,worth a look.on a different track ive got a fair range o models,from cossies to escorts any interest?

The rothmans should have come with the decals inside for you to put on so its the suppliers fault unless the seller you got it from took them out for what ever reason,?

i was told that the decals are supplied by post,so may have problem with the supplier not including them when sending to customer
